What payment options do you offer?

At present, i only really deal with payment thorough paypal - which is the safest and most secure way to pay online. it is possible that in certain cases i might accept a personal cheque within the UK, which you would need to email me to arrange.

How much do you charge for shipping?

That depends on what you have ordered ... items are individually priced - cards, for example, will have a lower shipping charge than prints or original paintings. please be aware that due to royal mail's "small letter" and "large letter" system some items may cost more to post out accoring to theur size as well as their weight.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, i am willing to ship anywhere in the world. international payments may only be made through paypal though, and you would need to either conatct me prior to paying for your items for the postage costs to your country or make an additional "extra postage" payment later. all shipping costs on the website are UK only.

How long wil my print (eg.) take to arrive?
A
I aim to despatch all items within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. i always post first class and royal mail aims to deliver within a couple of working days. all buyers will be emailed to confirm their purchase, but if you want to check on the status of your order please check the transaction details on the paypal website ... i will update that as sson as i can so you can see if the item has been sent and this is where you can find the tracking number if it has been sent recorded delivery or by courier. if you have ordered an item and you haven't received it please email me at mail@thepunkfaeryartworks.com

Can i return an item for a refund?

generally i don't have a return policy, however if something arrives damaged i will refund it for you provided you post said item back to me.
